生於1970，在香港土生土長。1998年開始在 «曱甴漫畫周刊» 連載漫畫，開展其漫畫生涯。他的首本個人漫畫集 «綿繍藍田» 於2002年出版，隨即受到本地以至國際漫畫界的歡迎和關注，並於2007年推出法文版。
2004年起，每周在報章雜誌連載漫畫專欄，後分別結集出版六本 «標童畫集» 及兩本 «不軌劇場»。 2010年，擔任本地著名動畫電影「麥兜噹噹伴我心」的美術指導。
2013年，楊學德與澳洲年輕藝術家 – Mel Stringer一同被邀請到日本京都Foil Gallery舉行展覽 – “Mel Tak Exhibition”，該場展覽由日本著名當代藝術家奈良美智先生策展。
2014年，獲邀參與＂Elephant Parade”活動， 為亞洲大象保育慈善籌款項目，創作品名為 – “幻象”，作品並入選蘇富比慈善籌款晚宴拍賣。
2015年3月獲香港版畫工作室邀請創作及展出楊學德版畫作品， 「POP UP PRESS #2」展覽，以「夢」為題，展出楊學德的處女版畫作品。 並於４-5月期間於被亞洲協會香港中心邀請 舉辦插畫大師班，以「無常人生」為主題，即席示範各種插畫和繪本技巧，及分享作為藝術家的挑戰。
2016年3月於香港海港城 美術館 舉行「海港」畫作展。展出一系列以維港各時代景觀的畫作。
About Yeung Hok Tak “a.k.a Tak＂
Tak was born in 1970 and grew up in Hong Kong. He began his professional career as a comic artist in 1998 when his work was first published in “Cockroach Quarterly”. He made his debut in 2002 with the publication of his solo work “How Blue as my valley”. It caught a lot of attention in the comics industry and was well received both locally and internationally. As a result, a French edition was later published in 2007.
Since 2004, Tak’s comic column are published every week and later collected as books with 6 series for “Biu Tung Wa Jap” and 2 series for “Cool Blooded Theatre”. In 2010, Tak was appointed as the art director for the winning local animated movie “Mcdull: The Pork of Music”.
In the year 2013, Tak was invited by Foil Gallery in Kyoto to collaborate with Australian artist Mel Stringer to showcase their work at Foil Gallery. The exhibition was curated by Mr. Yoshitomo Nara, one of the most renowned artist of the modern art world.
In 2014, he was invited by Elephant Parade Exhibition to create the work “Mirage” for a fund raising project. His work was later selected by the Organizer and auctioned off by the Sotheby’s at the Grand Gala Auction.
In March 2015, he was invited by Hong Kong Open Printshop to present his first series of illustration print works with the theme “Dream”. During the second quarter of the same year, he was invited by Asia Society to lead workshops for “Life is Only one - illustration master class” to share his creative illustration techniques as well as challenges of being an artist today.
In March 2016, he was held his solo exhibition – “The Harbour” at the Gallery by the Harbour at Harbour City, Hong Kong.
